Prompt Overview
This prompt captures a candid gym locker room moment — an athletic woman mid-change into a fitted tank top, skin still damp with sweat. The emphasis on natural skin texture, slight motion blur, and fluorescent locker room lighting keeps the image away from plastic AI gloss and toward a documentary fitness-magazine feel.
Useful for fitness apparel mockups, gym lifestyle blogs, or athletic brand social posts. For best results pair with a realistic-photography checkpoint (e.g. realisticVision, Juggernaut XL) and avoid negative prompts that over-smooth skin. A slight LoRA for gym interiors or film grain helps reinforce the candid look.
Keep the tank top and leggings explicit in the prompt — omitting clothing descriptions in locker-room scenes often produces unwanted nudity in FLUX and SDXL models.
